We want TrueFanz to continue to be an authentic and safe place for inspiration, creativity, and expression. Help us foster this community. Post only your own content (Videos, Photos, Docs, Articles, etc.) and always follow the law. Respect everyone on TrueFanz, and don’t spam people or post any porn related content.  
Welcome to the TrueFanz community. If you’re honest, kind and respectful to others, you’ll always be welcome. If you choose not to be, you won’t last. Our goal is to allow users to express themselves freely as long as it doesn’t offend or negatively impact other platform users. Everyone is held to the same standard on TrueFanz. We’re asking you to be considerate, think before you post, and abide by the community guidelines both on and offline. You heard that right: your offline behavior can also lead to termination of your TrueFanz account.
 
Below is a list of our community policies. If you violate any of these policies, you might be banned permanently. Seriously, don’t make us ban you —because there will be no do-overs once we do. We encourage you to immediately report any behavior that violates our terms of service, guidelines, and service  policies.

Anyone under the age of 18 years old. TrueFanz is ONLY for people who are 18+ years of age. 
 
Sexually Explicit Content
We’re not asking you wear a bow-tie or bonnet; but please keep it classy and professional on your profile and bio. No pornography, or sexually explicit content on your profile channel.
 
Harassment
Do not engage, or encourage others to engage in any targeted abuse or harassment against any other users. Reports of stalking, threats, bullying, or intimidation, are taken extremely serious. We ban people for violating the policies and community guidelines. 
 
Violence and Physical Harm
We do not tolerate violent, graphic, or gory content on TrueFanz, or any actions or content that advocate for or threaten violence of any sort, including threatening or promoting terrorism. Physical assault, coercion, and any acts of violence are strictly prohibited. Just don’t do it. If you see someone engaging or creating content that promotes these things, please report it right away. Content that advocates for or glorifies suicide or self-harm is also not allowed. In these situations, we may take a number of steps to assist the user, including reaching out to crisis assistant resources.
 
Hate Speech
Any content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is NOT allowed.
 
Private Information
Don’t publicly broadcast any private information, (yours or anyone else’s.) This includes social security numbers, passports, passwords, financial information or unlisted contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, home/work address. Always be mindful and safe with your private information.
 
Spam
Don’t be fake. Be the real you instead... Don’t abuse your TrueFanz with constant promotions or offers. Don't troll or intentionally harass others on the TrueFanz platform. 
 
Promotion or Solicitation
Be smart when you invite or solicit your products and content on TrueFanz. It’s fine to invite your fanz to something that you’re doing, but if the purpose of your account is solely to advertise, you’re probably annoying your followers. While we’re pumped for you that you’re doing a magic show next month, please don’t use TrueFanz solely to promote or advertise your magic acts. We want you to engage your fanz and provide them with awesome experience they subscribed to consume or use.
 
Prostitution and Trafficking
Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from TrueFanz along with legal notification and action.
 
Scamming and Platform diversion
TrueFanz has a zero-tolerance policy on predatory behavior of any kind. Anyone attempting to get other users’ private information for fraudulent or illegal activity will be banned. Any user caught sharing their own financial account information outside of the platform (PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.) for the purpose of receiving money from other TrueFanz users may also be banned from the platform. We spent a lot of money and time building this awesome platform for you amazing content creators. Please don’t abuse it, or you'll lose it. Be fair and don't try to by-pass our service fee, we use our company commissions for operations and platform up-keep.
 
Impersonation
Be yourself. Don’t pretend to be someone else, it’s illegal, and not cool... and will result in a prompt account deactivation. Do not impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity. This includes parody accounts. While we think your Fred Flinstone profile is hilarious, you aren’t Fred. And if you are, what are you doing on TrueFanz?
 
Minors
You must be 18 years of age or older to use TrueFanz. As such, we do not allow images of unaccompanied minors. If you want to post photos of your children, please make sure that you are in the photo as well. If you see a profile that includes an unaccompanied minor, encourages harm to a minor, or depicts a minor in any sexual or suggestive way, please report it immediately to www.TrueFanz.com support or "report" the image from inside your account.
 
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
If it’s not yours, don’t post it. If your TrueFanz profile includes any work that is copyrighted or trademarked by others, don’t display it, unless you were given permission and are allowed to do so by the creator of the content. We take DMCA very serious. If you're caught stealing or distributing someone's content without permission you're breaking the law. You will be reported and we will take legal action or help the content owner take legal action.
 
Illegal Usage
Don’t use TrueFanz to do anything illegal. If it’s illegal in the real world, it’s illegal on TrueFanz.com.
 
One Person, One Account
TrueFanz accounts cannot have multiple owners, so don’t create an account with your friend or significant other(s). Additionally, please don’t attempt to maintain multiple TrueFanz accounts. All of your accounts will be banned and you will no longer be able to use our service if you try to do this.
 
Third Party Apps
The use of any apps created by anyone other than TrueFanz that claim to offer our services or special TrueFanz features (like auto-viewing, automated fanz gaining etc etc) is not allowed. We will detect the use of 3rd party apps and ban your account. If the violation is infringing on our intellectual property we have lawyers and will use them. Be cool, be smart. If you have an idea for features or areas where we can improve the service, let us know! We listen to our users and build based on your wants. Submit your request here.
 
Unused Accounts
TrueFanz is fun to have all the time! Use TrueFanz at the beach, use TrueFanz while eating a peach. Use TrueFanz when you’re out, use TrueFanz when in doubt! But, if you don’t use your TrueFanz account in 2 year, we may remove your account for inactivity. “Use it or lose it :)”
 
We truly want to see you succeed! Please follow the rules and report others who are not. This is your community. Let's keep it awesome! 

TrueFanz LLC reserves all rights per our sole discretion to investigate and/or terminate an account without a refund of any purchases or earnings if you have misused the service or behaved in a way that TrueFanz LLC regards as inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of the Terms of Use, community guidelines, or any other infringement including actions or communications that occur off the service.
