You should be active on your TrueFanz account. It's a good idea to log in at least once a month so that your account remains operational and you don't miss out on any new content, features, or news!

Content uploaded into a titled and captioned vault folder is only unlockable when a subscriber pays the price established by the creator.

You can not unlock or subscribe to a creators content whom has a paid subscription without first paying to subscribe.

You can turn off auto-renew for a subscription at any time. When you cancel,  you will still be able to access the user's profile/content until the end of your existing subscription period.

Navigate to your following/subscribed page to unsubscribe, or cancel your auto-renewal billing.

Once you have canceled your subscription and the billing cycle has ended you will no longer be able to see the content creators new posts. 

Subscriptions may not auto-renew if:

‍1) your credit card was declined
2) if the subscription price has increased
3) auto-renew was disabled by you in your account settings

Please review your account settings, make sure you have a valid credit card added and try to subscribe again. 

"Pending charges" may temporarily appear on your statement if you have had multiple, unsuccessful purchase attempts.

- They will only see your username, the info you share on your profile, what tier and price you have subscribed at, when your next billing date is and if you have auto-renew on or off.

The minimum tip amount is $1.00, there is no maximum tip, gift, or pledge amount.

There is a ‘tip’ button under each post made by a creator, next to the like button.

Additionally, select the "$" icon in messenger,  on vaults, and in other areas will enable the option for you to send your desired tip, gift, pledge amount etc.

Your account is being assigned a payout system depending on your location.

Add your bank account or a verified ePayment wallet, make sure that your account is verified and you've set the subscription price in your "Account Settings."

In some cases setting your subscription price will not be available until your account has been verified.

Depending on the merchant the system chooses, your payout requests will be displayed in a list at your "Bank/Payment Page;" Pending Balances will show all your earnings and show you what is able to be withdrawn.

Verified creators get paid once a month. You can manage your payment settings inside of your account settings.

Verification requires an up-to-date government issued photo ID document (preferably passport).All the information must be clearly visible for verification.
