To make it easier for others to find you, we may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as profile pictures, a profile name or other useful identifying information.

Are you a creator who doesn’t want to run a membership anymore?

Deleting your TrueFanz account will erase all of your data from TrueFanz.

Deactivating your account is not a replacement for cancelling a membership, or any pending payments on your account. If you're a subscriber aka "TrueFan," you can delete any active memberships you have and still keep your account.

If you no longer want to receive emails or notifications about your creators’ content or announcements from TrueFanz, you can turn notifications off from within your account settings at anytime.

There are several ways to deactivate your account. Option (1) is to submit a deactivation request in ticket format to our 24/7 customer support desk. You can submit a ticket here.
